We believe everyone should be able to afford dental care. This is why we accept CareCredit®, and we are contracted with many different insurance companies. Prior to your first appointment or any treatment, we perform a complimentary benefits check with your insurance so you are aware of any financial investment you may be responsible for. No insurance? No problem! Take advantage of our current New Patient Specials or our in-house plans. At smile 24 Dentistry, we believe every patient is important and we gladly accept patients without insurance.
You have the option to receive your new patient forms via email prior to your first appointment. For your convenience, an invitation will be sent to an email of your choice, to be able to access our Patient Portal. If you prefer to print the forms and complete them by hand, you can do so by requesting a copy from our scheduling coordinator. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early on your first appointment if you choose to complete them in person.
