Root Canal Therapy
Preventing tooth loss is our goal. If you have decayed, broken tooth, or an infected tooth, root canal therapy can help.
A root canal is necessary once the infection has reached the nerves of the tooth, causing severe pain. Through dental x-rays, your dentist will be able to detect tooth decay and determine whether or not a root canal is an option for you and your smile.
What happens during root canal? When a canal therapy procedure is performed, your dentist will gain access to the tooth’s infected pulp and replace it with a bio-compatible material. Your dentist will then top off the tooth with a crown to prevent further infection and to protect the tooth.
We know that dental emergencies can be stressful. This is why we take PPO insurances and are in-network with a variety of different insurances. We also offer our patients in-house discount plans, and accept CareCredit third-party financing. New patients can also take advantage of our new patient specials.
At Smile 24 Dentistry, you can trust our compassionate team to be there when you need us.
